How to use
We recommend that you take 10 ml diluted in a glass of water, one to two times a day at any time (10 to 20 ml a day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Measuring cup included in the pack. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
