Melatonin contributes to lessening the time it takes to fall asleep and can help reduce the effects of jet lag.* Chamomile and passionflower promote rest and, combined with hawthorn, tangerine and lemon balm, improve relaxation and mental well-being. Hops, California poppy and linden are useful in case of stress, as they promote relaxation and sleep. * The beneficial effects are observed when taking, just before bedtime: 1 mg of melatonin (sleep); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at destination (jet lag).
