How to use
It is recommended to take 1/2 to 1 scoop (3.5 - 7 g) dissolved in hot or cold water, once a day about 2-3 hours after a meal. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
