Inositol, betaine, and choline supplement, enriched with vitamins and other nutrients. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function; together with betaine, folic acid, and vitamins B6 and B12, it supports the normal metabolism of homocysteine.* Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and, together with folic acid and vitamins A, B6, B12, C, and D, supports the normal function of the immune system. In addition, vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (5 g) dissolved in half a large glass of water (about 250 ml), 1 to 3 times a day at any time (5 to 15 g a day); suggested on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before meals. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
