How to use
We recommend taking the obtained tea with 1 or 2 heaping spoons (5 10 g) once a day at any time, better if in the evening after dinner or before going to sleep. Add the herbs to a cup, pour boiling water over them, and let steep for at least 10 minutes before straining and drinking. Close carefully after use.
