How to use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop (3 g) dissolved in water, to be slowly sipped, one to two times a day at any time (2.4 to 6 g a day), better if after brushing your teeth. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
