Inositol food supplement with vitamins, particularly rich in vitamins B12, B1 and B6, which promote proper functioning of the nervous system and psychological function and support, with vitamin B5, normal energy metabolism. Furthermore, vitamin B12, combined with folic acid, gets involved in the cell division process, whereas combined with vitamin B6, it contributes to a normally functioning immune system, to homocysteine metabolism and to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also participates in the correct protein and glycogen metabolism, in the cysteine synthesis and in hormone regulation.
