How to use
It is recommended to take one level scoop (4 g) dissolved in a glass of water once a day at any time; preferably on an empty stomach or about 30 minutes before meals. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
