Food supplement based on cod liver oil, a substance naturally rich in vitamin A and D and essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega-3s). Vitamin A supports iron metabolism, maintaining healthy visual acuity and normal skin and mucous membranes Vitamin D supports calcium and phosphorus absorption and activity, maintains healthy muscle function and normal bones and teeth. The two vitamins, taken in combination, help keep normal function of the immune system and vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress. In addition, DHA and EPA contribute to keeping normal heart function *. * Beneficial effects can be obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA + DHA.
