Food supplement made from magnesium and potassium, enriched with aspartic acid, creatine and other nutrients. Magnesium takes part in cell division processes, promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, bone and tooth health. In combination with potassium, it promotes muscle function, and with vitamins B1, B6, and C it supports proper functioning of the nervous system and contributes to normal psychological functions. Potassium is also useful in maintaining normal blood pressure. Finally, magnesium, vitamins B6 and C can help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue and, with manganese, they promote energy metabolism.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (7.5 g) dissolved in 250 ml of hot or cold water, one to three times a day at any time (7.5 to 22.5 g a day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.

Corn or rice-derived maltodextrins, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, creatine monohydrate, magnesium pidolate, magnesium gluconate, potassium gluconate, (L-)aspartic acid, dog rose (Rosa canina) fruit W.D.E. (titrated to 50% vitamin C), lemon (Citrus limon) fruit D.J., citric acid; natural flavour: lemon (Citrus limon) fruit peel E.O.; manganese gluconate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5-phosphate); natural sweeteners: steviol glycosides and thaumatin. Sweetened only with natural sweeteners.

W.D.E.= Whole Dry Extract Plant extraction, which we carry out in-house, is under vacuum and at low temperature to preserve all the active and nutritional ingredients (i.e. the phytocomplex) intact; on average from 4 kg of plants we obtain 1 kg of dry extract (4: 1). Possible colour variations in the tablets between different lots of products, replicate the natural variations of the plants used, as they do not contain synthetic ingredients.

The product should be kept out of reach of children under three years of age. For a potassium intake with a daily dose equal to or greater than 1000 mg, it is advisable to consult a doctor. The simultaneous intake of some drugs can in turn interfere with the retention of potassium in the body. Its use is not recommended in children. Due to the presence of creatine the product is intended for adults only. Do not take during pregnancy.
