How to use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop (5.8 g) dissolved in a glass of water, one to three times a day at any time (from 5.8 to 17.4 g per day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. If desired, tasty and protein-rich fruit jellies can be prepared. In a small saucepan, weigh about 300 g of fruit or vegetable extract or juice, warm it slightly for a few minutes, then add 3 scoops of Legafer (17.4 g), one at a time, stirring with a teaspoon or a small whisk. When the gelatin is completely dissolved, pour the liquid into a small baking dish or into cookie molds and place in the refrigerator to cool. The jelly is ready in just a few minutes. It can be cut into cubes for a snack and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
