How to use
We recommend taking half a level scoop (2.35 g) dissolved in water, once or twice a day at any time (2,35 g to 4,7 g per day corresponding to a level scoop); better if on an empty stomach or before meals. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. It can also be used to prepare yogurt, using 1 scoop in half a litre of milk to be placed in a warm place for about 24 hours and then stored in the refrigerator. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.

(titrated to 90% inulin), corn or rice-based maltodextrins, a mix of gastro-resistant live lactic acid bacteria* (titrated to 10% in each of the following strains: Bifidobacterium bifidum SD5215, breve SD5206, lactis SD5219; Lactobacillus acidophilus SD5212, brevis SD5214, bulgaricus SD5589, casei SD5213, paracasei SD5275, plantarum SD5209, rhamnosus SD5217).
