How to use
We recommend taking 2 softgels one to two times a day during meals (2 to 4 softgels a day). Close accurately after use.
Ingredients
Flax (Linum usitatissimum) seed oil (titrated to 50% ALA or α-linolenic acid) fish oil (titrated to 90% total omega-3s, of which at least 75% DHA and 5% EPA), fish oil (titrated to 70% total omega-3s, of which at least 40% EPA and 20% DHA), vitamin E from natural source (D-α-tocopherol 900 UI); fluid beta-carotene (30% corn oil), excipients (softgels): food-grade jelly and glycerine. It contains fish derivatives.
