How to use
Suitable to sweeten herbal teas, coffee, tea or other hot or cold drinks, it can also be useful for preparing low-calorie desserts. Dose just enough to sweeten: 1 scoop of Dolce NATURA® (0,25 g - 0 Kcal) sweetens as much as 1 teaspoon of ordinary sugar (5 g - 20 kcal).

Sweet NATURE® is a 100% natural sweetener without calories (Kcal 0) containing Erythritol, Stevia and Katemfe. Erythritol is a natural sweetener belonging to the family of polyols or polyalcohols (such as xylitol and glycerine or glycerol) and is found in nature in many fruits and foods. Stevia and Katemfe grow respectively in South America and Africa, where they have been used for centuries as natural sweeteners. The extracts of these plants have a high sweetening power, e.g. Stevia leaf extract sweetens 400 times as much as sugar and Katemfe fruit extract 2500 times! Furthermore, the special purification of these extracts allows obtaining a product with a very pleasant and sweet taste like that of sugar. Sweet NATURE®, used as a sugar substitute, can be useful in all food programs where you want to reduce your daily calorie intake, as well as in the diet of those who have to limit the increase in blood glucose. It may also contribute to maintaining tooth mineralisation.
