How to use
We recommend taking 5 ml in little water, one to four times a day at any time (5 to 20 ml a day). We recommend drinking the product in small sips to improve sublingual assimilation. If desired, the daily dose may be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Measuring cup included in the pack. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.
