How to use
We recommend that you take 1 scoop (10 ml) diluted in hot or cold water, one to two times a day at any time (10 to 20 ml a day); stir and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose may be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before use. Measuring scoop included in the pack.
