How to use
It is recommended to take 1 spray (0.15 ml) one to ten times a day at any time (spray while holding the bottle very close to your mouth). 10 sprays (1.5 ml) contain the following quantities of essential oil (Aetheroleum): 26.2 mg of German chamomile and 26.2 mg of Roman chamomile.

Wine ethyl alcohol (Alcoolvis ® = acohol purified by Dr Giorgini’s method), pure water, essential oil (Aetheroleum) of: German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower heads and Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) flower heads.
