Supplement of carnosine, minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients. Carnosine is a naturally occurring substance in the muscles, ginger supports joint function, and vitamin D helps maintain normal muscle function. Additionally, iron, manganese, B vitamins, and vitamin C help reduce tiredness and fatigue and support normal energy metabolism.

How to use
It is recommended to take 7 tablets one to two times a day at any time (7 to 14 tablets a day), better if before or after intense physical activity. Close tightly after use.
