How to use
It is recommended to take 1 level scoop (5 g) dissolved in a big glass of water (about 200 ml), once or twice a day at any time (5 to 10 g a day); stir and sweeten to taste; pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then stir. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
