How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (3 g) dissolved in water one to two times a day at any time. Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. It can also be used to prepare yoghurts, dissolving 1 scoop in 300 g of unheated (whole) milk to be placed in a warm place (taking care not to exceed 42° C) for 24 hours. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
