Agar-agar is a soluble fibre that cannot be digested nor absorbed by the gut; it normalises stool volume and consistency, supporting regular bowel movements. Probiotic lactic acid bacteria are useful in rebalancing intestinal flora. Enriched with amino acids, essential oils and minerals.

We recommend taking 1 level scoop (3 g) dissolved in hot or cold water, one to three times a day at any time (3 to 9 g a day). Pour the powder into a dry glass, add water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the pack. Close accurately after use.
